Whats up with the rocks!??

One morning we woke up to one single rock right in the middle of our doorway. “When did this show up?” I got home around two and left for work at six, so sometime very early in the morning. The next day when I got home from work there was a chocolate sitting right in front of the door. I threw it away cause I thought that was a bit sketch…

A few days went by with no rock action, but then two rocks showed up. Every night we got more and more rocks. This started to weird out my roomies. Ha we decided not to worry about it. We wrote HI using the rocks. From there we have gotten random messages about every other day. POO, POOH, SLUT, MUT. It’s a little creepy but I’m not too worried.

Yummy!

Erica and I had a love for chicken nuggets! It was one food we always had in the freezer. Well kenni and I are always eating tater tots. One morning we started the tots and both got on with the day. Kenni was called into work (over time baby!!) and I was about to leave and start our laundry. The smell of burning tots hit me like a ball to the face! Anyways, I sent kenni a text that said, “You like your tots crispy right? How about a lil bit ashy??”

Mikyla!

Ill tell you what’s new. Mikyla moved in when we got back from Christmas. We love her! I feel like we were all very close growing up, but kinda went our own ways as we got older. Well it has been a blast getting to know her again.

Tesa Marie!!

Matt and Jenny let us know they were pregnant with Tesa by sending a pizza from Pizza Hut! That’s a funny story cause for ten minutes I was wondering when the other pizza was going to show up:) ha ha im a dork

Jenny did a great job getting Tesa here just in time for kenni and I to see her before we had to head home to Logan.

We love that Pickering family so so much!!

Linger longer

(Taras’ point of view) We got hooked up today in church with candy, cookies, and a linger longer. (munch and mingle) We just got our heating bill and now anything free I am going to take advantage of. I was first in line, got my food, and when my plate was empty they were saying we could have seconds. I ate another plate of delicious ham, potatoes, and salad. Said to my table, “Well have a good Sunday.” I threw away my plate and walked to the car. I sat there for a few minutes telling my bones that they wont be that cold forever. I waited a few more minutes thinking, well maybe kenni didn’t know I was ready to go. I didn’t care much, she would eventually figure it out, so I just listened to music and waited.

(kennis’ point of view) A munch and mingle!!! Alright! I was so excited to go to a linger longer I’d never been before. We walked into the gym and I found a boy who I wanted to sit by. I asked if I could sit down by him. He, with no emotion might I add, said, “ok sure.” Tara said “well don’t sound too excited.” He perked up a little and said “yeah I’d love for you ladies to sit here.” As soon as the prayer was over tara was up and to the food. Adam and I were talking, slowly got up and stood in line to get our plates. When we we’re finally all sitting down tara was half way done with her first plate and taking food from mine. Soon tara was finishing up her second plate. Apparently I missed it when she said “well have a good Sunday” Cause the next thing I knew she was no where to be found. I figured she had gone to the bathroom or was talking to some other friends, but after a few minutes, and a conversation with a bunch of dudes about drill team names and why they walk the way they do, tara was still gone. I started asking people if they’d seen her. one girl told me she saw her go outside, so I decided to check the car. Sure enough there she was… Just chillin’,

  

D. O. G.

I am pretty blonde sometimes. I have been working for PROBABLY A MONTH-ISH NOW. ONE EVENING I SAT ON THE FLOOR BRUSHING MY HAIR. I WAS JUST THINKING. AT THE HOUSE WHERE I WORK THEY HAVE A FEW PETS. A CAT AND TWO DOGS: DORA, TUCKER, DEOGIE. Deogie Is a girl dog and that seems like a boy name to me. Weird. So I kept thinking in my head deogie, deogie, then out loud, “oh my gosh d. o. g. that’s so funny!!! I had to tell someone at once just how silly I had been. So I called my dad. He recognized it right away, and so did kenni. Don’t worry; it will just take me a month to catch onto stuff.

Frankie!

Kenni and I went to kneaders one night to try some food. The line was huge and I noticed that they would ask, “what’s the name?” for every order. I looked at kenni and said, “I want to tell her my name is Frankie.” (I really want to name a girl that, so I’d like to see how people take it.) Finally it was our turn to order… I was getting real nervous cuz I was just about to tell a lie, so I had been pretty quiet. The girl looks at kenni and says, “and what was the name.” kenni looked at me like, go ahead. Ha ha so I blurt out, “Oh! It’s Frankie.” The girl stared at me for an awkward moment. “Is that really your name?” I couldn’t even get words out, I just nodded. She starts to say, “That’s different, I like it.” I could feel my face turning bright red tho, so I turned to go find a table, and let kenni finish that conversation. Kenni joined me a few seconds later, “Who says that, “Is that really your name?”. I just answered, “Yeah, I suck at lying,”
